The story of the company began in 2005, when our founder Kostia Novofastovskyi worked as an independent SEO expert for various local companies and some global (such as Johnson-Johnson, Toyota, Nissan) on the Eastern European markets.
In 2008, the company was formed into Semantika, we were engaged in SEO optimization and contextual advertising.
After that, in 2010-2011, we developed a click fraud protection solution for internal use, and it turned into ClickFrog in 2013.
In 2014, the company began translating its products into English and met Western audience with their solutions.
During 2014-2019, the company transformed from the SEO agency Semantika into the media buying company ScroogeFrog, which specializes in paid advertising traffic.
Since 2019, we’ve begun to actively enter the Asian markets (Vietnam, Indonesia, Arab countries), namely, setting up native advertising there.
In 2021, we developed an autobidder that allows us to optimize ad campaigns in a large number of advertising sources based on customer KPIs.
Since 2022, the company’s begun to participate in many large-scale conferences in Europe, Asia and America.
In 2023, we launched our AdNetwork for LatAm markets and in 2024 we are releasing cutting-edge AI Antifraud based on machine learning algorithms.
